• Operation Manual of the equipment in English will be provided at the time of machine supply.
• Argon Arc Welding, single and invisible joint, 1 mm thick sheet used.
• Sides of Basket: Material & Thickness: 1.6 mm Stainless Steel, AISI 316 Quality.
• Basic Structure: Double walled glass wool insulated, 1.25 mm to 3 mm thick CRC sheets used & M.S. plates 5 mm to 8 mm thick used.
• Door: Die pressed door M.S. 2.5 mm thick PU painted with toughened

• Drying Tumbler is designed for Hosiery Dyeing Industry, Garment Export Industry, Denim Processing Units, Terry Towel plants, Home Furnishings. All types of Laundry Works for Hotels/Hospitals to get uniform drying, rapidity softness & shrinkage control.
• The machine would be designed to suit 440 V, 3 phase & N 50 c/s AC supply. A suitable door would be provided in the front
  of the outer basket with viewing glass at its center.
• Drive: Idler type system
• Suction Blowers: 1 No. Alu. Centrifugal blowers directly mounted duly statically as well dynamically balanced.
• Painting: PU paint done after complete rust removal through rust removal chemicals prior to epoxy priming & knifing putty
  base.
• Control Panel: Switch gear used with motor protection relays, single phasing preventer, reverse phasing, Auto timed
