MATERIAL OF CONSTRUCTION
Flat Bed Press with pneumatic lifting arrangement. Electrically heated. The head would be insulated with asbestos cloth and glass wool and covered with painted panel. Electric heaters would be fitted for heating. The pressure adjusting device would be provided for the amount of pressure exerted between the head and the buck at the Locking of the head so that it can be easily and quickly changed to suit the requirement of diff. Kind of fabrics or garments ov varing thickness. The buck would be insulated with asbestos sheet and glass wool and covered with painted panel.

Rocker Arms, Air Cylinder
Rocker arms move on ball bearings. Front head weight is counter balanced by springs. A pneumatic cylinder is activated by jumbo push button at the front affect raising & lowering of head. Smooth operation of rocker arms & head.

Connected with Bed. Mounted on a high torque electric motor for quick start. Auto start at the time of release. Keeps padding dry at all times. Efficient moisture suction. Quick drying time.
Digital Time & Temperature
Automatic release of head at preset time. Auto reset for next operation. Digital temperature controller for electric thermic fluid heated model. Safe drying & fine pressing of linen or garments.of water withthebearings
